Privacy Policy

Elev8 Car Rentals · Lead page policy · Prepared October 23, 2026

Information and purpose

This policy covers rental inquiries on rent.elev8carrentals.com. The form asks for your contact information, rental needs, location and optional notes. We use this information to review availability, respond to your request and link your inquiry to your booking. Do not include payment information or identity documents in this form.

Source tracking

We capture the source and campaign from your visit link, including UTM parameters. Browser session storage remembers the first source during your visit. This helps us understand which channels bring rental inquiries.

Text messages and consent

Text enrollment is optional. The separate checkbox covers inquiry, availability, waitlist and booking follow-up messages. We do not treat providing a phone number, calling us or scanning a QR code alone as enrollment. See our SMS Terms & Conditions.

Mobile information and sharing

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers helping us operate the site and deliver requested communications, including Twilio, may process information only for those services. Messaging consent is not transferred for unrelated marketing.

Access, retention and choices

Inquiry information is handled within our business systems and made available to personnel and service providers who need it to respond and manage rentals. We retain records as needed for service, consent evidence and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Reply STOP to end SMS messages. Other necessary rental communications may continue through a different channel.

Form processing

Submitted inquiries and consent choices are saved securely in our lead system for staff follow-up. Source/campaign information is also stored in your browser session. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts; that provider receives ordinary connection information when fonts load.
